Who we are

Six people who'd rather be useful than impressive.

Designora Digital started in 2018 with a single conviction: most agency work fails commercially long before it fails aesthetically. We built the studio to fix that order of priorities.

The story

We got tired of shipping work nobody measured.

Between us we'd spent a decade inside larger agencies — producing beautiful decks, winning awards, and quietly noticing that almost nobody ever checked whether the thing we built actually moved a number.

So we started small and stayed small. Six senior people, no junior layer to subsidise, no sales team writing cheques the delivery team has to cash. Every project is run by the people who will build it, and every project has a metric we agree on before a single frame is drawn.

That constraint is the whole model. It means we turn down more work than we take, it means our timelines are real, and it means when we say a site will be live on the 14th, it is.

How we operate

Four rules we don't bend.

These aren't poster values. Each one costs us money regularly, which is roughly how you can tell they're real.

Say the hard thing

If your budget is better spent elsewhere, we tell you — even when it means losing the project. We'd rather be the studio you call back.

Dates are promises

We quote one delivery date, not a range. If we're going to miss it you'll hear it from us weeks early, not on the day.

Measure or don't ship

Analytics, events and a baseline go in before launch. A project with no way to tell whether it worked isn't finished.

You own everything

Code, accounts, domains, documentation — handed over in full. No proprietary lock-ins, no hostage assets, no exit fees.

The process

What the weeks actually look like.

Weekly demos in a shared channel. One board you can see at any time. No status meetings whose only purpose is another status meeting.

Discover

A working session on goals, customers and competitors, plus a technical audit of what exists today. Output: a written scope, a fixed price, a launch date.

Week 1

Design

Low-fidelity structure first so we argue about hierarchy before colour. Then full direction, reviewed in the browser on real devices.

Weeks 2–3

Build

Component-driven development on staging from day one. Accessibility, performance budgets and schema are part of the build, not a clean-up pass.

Weeks 3–5

Grow

Launch, then evidence. Search data, heatmaps and conversion tests feed a rolling backlog we work through together each month.

Ongoing
The team

The people who'll actually be on your project.

All senior, all hands-on. The person in your kickoff call is the person doing the work.

Amara Rahim

Creative Director

Fifteen years in brand and editorial design. Runs direction on every project and writes most of the strategy documents nobody else wants to write.

Musa Kareem

Lead Engineer

Next.js, Shopify and the unglamorous performance work underneath. Has never shipped a site with a failing Core Web Vitals score and intends to keep it that way.

Sana Javed

Head of Growth

SEO, paid and the analytics that tie them together. Will politely refuse to report on a metric that doesn't connect to revenue.

Tariq Hussain

Product Designer

Interaction and interface design for complex tools. Specialises in making dense, data-heavy screens feel calm.

Lina Chaudhry

Content Strategist

Writes the words and the structure that holds them. Turns founder monologues into pages that answer the question people came with.

Omar Bashir

Delivery Lead

Keeps the dates honest. Runs the board, chases the blockers, and is the reason 96% of our projects land on the day we promised.
