A few things people usually want to know before they get in touch.
Most of our clients are in North America, the UK and the Gulf. We're remote-first and hold evening calls to cover US time zones — it's never been a problem in eight years.
Yes, and there's no follow-up sequence afterwards. If we're not a fit we'll tell you on the call and suggest who might be. That's happened often enough that we've stopped counting.
Around $1,500. Below that we usually can't do the discovery work properly, and a rushed job helps nobody. We're happy to recommend good freelancers for smaller pieces.
We run three to four projects at a time and typically have a two to three week lead time. We'll tell you the real start date on the first call rather than promising a slot we don't have.
Often, yes. We'll audit what exists and give you a straight answer on whether repairing is cheaper than rebuilding. The audit is free and it's yours either way.
